I have been linked since the original Twitch event and got prime when they offered the free trial and was never able to remove the Prime option; therefore, I have Twitch Prime and was/am already linked with my RS account. I went to Twitch and claimed my loot under the crown shaped menu dropdown and it says to head over to Diango if I cannot find my loot.

BUT, he doesn't have my loot and I am not getting any of it even though I keep checking and have input bug reports. This is similar to the problem I had when I never got my elite lab dungeon free stuff as a gold premier member for 2018. The vault guy would not give me the stuff and no option would unlock/release it to me no matter what I did. So Jagex never gave it to me even though I was eligible and trying to get it since it's release. I was able to go to Bryl months later and get the stuff from her, but the vault guy would never give me the premier club bonus stuff.

Please fix this and give me my Twitch Prime event pack. I shouldn't need to unlink/relink my accounts, which may cause a problem. I was/am already linked and have been for many months.

I went into my account and checked my linked accounts. It says to manage Twitch and says I'm linked if I click it, but when I check my linked accounts, it still gives that option as if I am not linked.

Please fix this problem. I was/am linked and have never unlinked my accounts. I have had Twitch Prime since the last promo event many months ago.

Your requirement to relog into Twitch via the RS link embedded deep within all the sublink options in the article is pretty stupid since I was already logged into Twtich and claimed my loot, was already linked, and already had Prime. Why did I need to go through your links/sublinks and relog into Twitch from your site to get my stuff????

Your instructions are not very clear since they did not state that we must log out and only log into Twitch via links on your site to get the stuff. It only says that we need to have our accounts linked, have Twitch Prime, and claim it on Twitch before getting it on RS. It even directs us to Diango. It never says we need to relog into Twitch even if we are already logged in and only through your site.

I know I repeated myself. But that was really stupid and was not really explained in your article or any of the "information" links related to it. Your "information" was not helpful and I gave it a thumbs down.
