I'm figuring the start time is based on London time of 12:00 PM?

I'm in the US EST. So for me it would be 7:00 AM?

I believe these go based on Game Time, which is UTC (not BST), and would make the start time be 8AM Eastern.

@ ls240sx - You get it by logging in to game (RS3), while the DXP bonus is active (noon Friday until noon Monday - game time).

Why is double xp just for norm.rs not old school. Are members prices same for both modes?

The Old School community has made it clear numerous times over the years that they do not want double xp weekends in Old School RuneScape. Additionally, such a weekend would likely need to be polled and there's a very likely chance it wouldn't pass. As such, Jagex has taken that feedback on board and will not offer double xp in OSRS.
