I just logged in (10:15 p.m. US Eastern Time) and got my raffle tickets from Balthazar and Gilly.

Ummm, I think there was a bug. It appeared as though they gave me 11 tickets. Checked forums and news post. No mention of a bug. Was this intentional...? Just wanted to let you guys know so I can't be accused of cheating or hacking.

You can buy them for gp from other players, either directly or through the GE or purchased from Jagex with real life currency. (See "Shop > Bonds" on the menu at the top of the page)

Message from Balthazar says we can trade a bond for any tickets we may have missed or future tickets we might miss. Does this include tickets from this event in past years or only this year's event? Or both? Also, is it still possible to trade tickets for pieces of the Gilly outfit?
