Disrupting behavior/Spamming
- Do not go out of your way to either type gibberish repetitively, typing something over and over, or just causing a scene in the chat.

Being a bad sport
- If you get discouraged because you didn't win one of the raffles, don't worry! Everyone has the same chance to win the raffles as you do! You can get angry, but don't bring it into the chat!

:
When anyone in the fc can qualify to earn the cash prize for receiving a 99! It is
9,999,999 GP!
Qualifications:
- You are rank
Sergeant+
when you receive the 99.
- You have to be active rank Sergeant+ (Have to be Sergeant+ longer than a week).

Received 99 within 14 days.
Ex:
No prize for 99 received in 2012.
