Where is the community spirit? It's missing entirely with this dxp. You always saw groups of people working together, helping, CHEERING people. Now I see people scattered about, no cheers, no helping, just a normal day in RS, players ignoring one another
I agree that the time felt awful short, and doing anything you would normally do or prep for a skill you wanted to work on caused a LOT of waste.
Where this may lead to a better system for dxp, this system is not it. I don't know exactly what my waste count of time would be, but I would guess I wasted at least 3 or 4 hours. Any continual counter, with out a pause, will cause wasted time.
Ideas:
7 days (not 10), then those not working bank hours can participate (other shifts), those with events going on will have the chance to join in. It won't be a crunch time, but not a lazy stretch.
36 hours... No one will ever be truly happy with that, but maybe a pause feature so you can take part in daily activities that have little or no bearing on a 99 you are trying to achieve (challenges etc - I have my 99's in mining, crafting, summoning, farming etc that most of my challenges were based on).
I get changes needed to be made, things needed to be improved, but something big was lost. Tbh the worst part for me was not seeing the people working together, not celebrating everyone's accomplishments. Getting a 99 in the past was fun, today it was oh look I leveled uh w/e yay-ish... The community spirit ... cricket cricket cricket
Huh, you're playing on the wrong world during dxp then. On the Aussie world I usually play on, it used to be fun. This time, where there used to be scores of people, there was nothing. Usually I don't want to be around other people much, if at all. Dxp was about the only time I actually used the more populated areas and didn't hide away at the Ports bank chest.
