HALLOWEEN REWARDS BUG!!

I collected enough grey matter to purchase the Hat, Title, and Pet. The only thing I received was the Title. The Hat and Pet are nowhere to be found. They never showed up in my inventory, and they are not in my bank. When I go back to the "rewards shop", it says that all 3 items are "purchased"...yet I only have 1 of them. Has this happened to anyone else? What do I do??

I think they are cosmetic overrides. Try the customisation section andsee if thet are there.
