I finished tier 40 on Yak Track and the event dialog screen shows that I received Sir Coalington Embers pet but in my pet interface under "Companion" pets it only shows as not received yet.
Am I missing something?

Thank you for the reply. I tried logging out to the Lobby but that didn't help.

I use the GNU/Linux client so I also tried logging in using Windows 10 and its client but it's still not showing up under the 'Companion' category.

I will continue to check it for any change.

Are you a Premier Club member or did you buy a Premier Pass for the event?

The Robin, Santoschka, and Snuffles pets are rewards from the Free track.
The Sir Coalington Embers and Snowflake pets are from the Premier track.

If you have Premier Pass (or Premier Club), and are missing the psts, please submit an in-game bug report.
