many of you may of struggled to join the fresh start world and did not receive a prompt and a bond has possibly wasted. Follow these specific steps to help to join a fresh start world.

1) make a brand new account.
2) do not log into rs3 just yet but instead go into the account management and go into character name and set your rsn there.
3) buy membership can use a bond or normally buy membership.
4) FSW is now live so now you can log into the game and what should happen is you should see two boxes appear before the character creation screen prompting which version of the game you would like to play. One box will say Fresh Start World Event and the other will say Standard main game mode. Select the FSWE one. It will then bring a pop up to say visit the NPC Gale in Burthorpe to claim the Luma Pet and FSW Rewards.
5) It will then take you to the character creation screen
6) after it will take you to the tutorial complete the tutorial and then you will arrive in burthorpe as normal.
7) go speak to gale they are standing further ahead down the path claim the Luma pet for free and you can start playing as normal and collect points for everything you do.

Unfortunately RS3 is currently down for maintenance for the next 3 hours as many had issues not receiving the prompt before character creation all current progress on FSW will be rest and rolled back to 12pm game time.
