So balloons literally everywhere no idea why no clues given.
Then I find out about a stick from a random NPC at some random place near nothing.
I get the stick and go out to pop balloons but now I can't find a single one anywhere.
So how does one pop balloons with a secret stick when the balloons vanish the second you recive the stick?
