Massive week-long FunOrb event has started - with FO/RS membership prize!

Hello, fellow Scapers & Orbers!

Today, the 67thlon has started - a player-made FunOrb event with a prize!
Mod Balance has offered to give the winner 3 months of FunOrb AND RuneScape membership!
(We're still discussing some details, if anything changes like rewards extending to top 3 I'll let you know.)

So, what is the goal of the competition? To score as much as possible in as many of the 67 game modes that have weekly hicores! (For more details, check out the FunOrb forum thread ) An excellent opportunity to try out the entirety of single-player FunOrb games. Maybe you will find that you like some that you forgot about, or never tried before!

Speaking of games you never tried, on 2nd December 2014 a new FunOrb game, Confined, was released without any announcement. It's a tunnel shooter game and it's quite fun, so give it a try!

33 of the 67 game modes are fully F2P, so if you don't have FunOrb membership, you can participate just in them. There will be one winner for the full 67thlon and one for the F2P 33thlon. See the thread linked above for a list of those modes. (Note that a person with a membership can win in the 33thlon, since it gives no advantages in those 33 modes.)

You might have problems starting the games up - /r/FunOrb has some help for that, as does the #welcome channel in our Discord server . There are several options (add-ons, browsers, FO client) so check them out to see which suits you the best. Also, a newer client is in the works, thanks to /u/RuneLinked.

Singleplayer not your cup of tea? Good news: since the establishing of our Discord server, finding multiplayer matches in any game is easier than ever! Discord is a text (and voice) chat platform, and it doesn't require any download (though I recommend that), so you can join us right in your browser! Just click this link to get in. We also have a #runescape and #offtopic channels, if you'd like to play some other games with your fellow Orbers.

FunOrb has really started being revived with our Discord. We've already had FunOrb Olympics (see thread and multiplayer finals ) and we're planning to have them twice a year - so if you don't win now, you could start practicing for the next Olympics! Many highscoring experts are in our Discord and willing to help anyone improve by sharing their know-how. Also, the Arcanists, Armies of Gielinor and Steel Sentinels communities never died - SS guys are in our server, having events twice a week, AoG guys have a Skype group and play often and Arcanists still play daily.

If you would like to just watch, some of us will be streaming and after the event, there will be a compilation video of the best moments.

How to Run Funorb Games

Chrome and Firefox no longer support the Java plugin needed to play FunOrb. Fortunately, you have a few options for getting the games running:

- Use a browser which supports NPAPI. Two tried and true ones are
Pale Moon (a Firefox fork)
and Internet Explorer.

- You can easily create a client to run the games using instructions here:
