The slayer% rewards, is that bonus xp rewarded or is that an overall permanent boost to slayer xp in general? and Does the slayer xp last forever and stick or does it end when yak trak ends?

It's a temporary experience boost to the Slayer skill which will end when the Yak Track event ends on January 5th.

Think of the boost as akin to an additional outfit piece or aura.
