I had a 1 month subscription through Apple but I cancelled the renewal 3 weeks ago in order to buy a premier membership. The Runescape website still says that I have an active reoccurring membership and won’t let me purchase anything else even though they tried to take payment via Apple and it was rejected as I had already cancelled the renewal. My membership runs out today but the website won’t reflect that. I have reached out through the contact support 2 weeks ago and 3 days ago but still no email or response. Not even an acknowledgement that they are still working on it. If I lose my membership I’m going to be buying a WOW membership instead so any advice would help.
