Membership Won’t Update

I had a 1 month subscription through Apple but I cancelled the renewal 3 weeks ago in order to buy a premier membership. The Runescape website still says that I have an active reoccurring membership and won’t let me purchase anything else even though they tried to take payment via Apple and it was rejected as I had already cancelled the renewal. My membership runs out today but the website won’t reflect that. I have reached out through the contact support 2 weeks ago and 3 days ago but still no email or response. Not even an acknowledgement that they are still working on it. If I lose my membership I’m going to be buying a WOW membership instead so any advice would help.

Unfortunately, the only way to solve this is to allow your membership to fully end and your account return to F2p BEFORE buying Premier Membership.

Mobile app bought membership and website bought membership are incompatible with each other. Incompatible for technical reasons.
If you want to swap across, you have to allow your account to finish off the membership and return to F2p.

I am sorry but there is no way to swap across without dropping out of membership first. :(
