Please help me. Log in problem

I log into the game but when I choose a pay to play world it says "You must be a member" I am a paying member. It says in the corner I'm a member + I just paid a couple days ago. So why can't I go to a pay to play world? Thank you.

This means that you aren't using the right login for your member account when you are logging in to the game.

Are you logging in through a pc or through a mobile?

If you are logging in through a mobile , you might be logging in to a brand new, accidentally created account (it happens alot with mobile logins O_o ).
In that case, read through this page and follow the instructions: Add a login email to third party account

If you are logging in through a pc , you might need the instructions on the Forgotten login support page.

Hi thanks so much. I tried all that. It says my email and player name don't exist. I played just that morning. I know my email and password.
It will only let me log in with the log in with Google button. Otherwise it denies my existence. It's never done this before

What exactly did you try when you got the error message that your email and player name doesn't exist?
You said "I tried all that" but you haven't made clear what you tried.
Did you try adding a login email to a third party account or did you try the Forgotten Login instructions?

Getting the login right is crucial.
Did you create the account with an email/password login and add the Google link later or did you create the account through Google?
Are you using a pc or a mobile?

Ok I followed the link and the instructions for Google. Which I use. And got it set up with an email.
I went to the game and logged in with the email and got into the lobby like always, then I tried to go to a member world and Again it said "You must be a member to enter a member world.
And I am. I just paid. It even says in the upper right corner that I'm a member.
So now what?

I can see that your Wendylady197 account is a member.
When you log into the lobby you can see your display name. It says "Welcome back <insert display name>".
Is the account in the lobby also showing as Wendylady197 ?

If it is showing a different display name, use the tools on the Forgotten login support page to identify your account logins as I believe you have more than one account.

Ok it says Wendylady197 in the left upper corner and Member in the upper right.
I did have another account. It was hacked and used to bot when I stopped playing for awhile.

Actually Id like that account back as my son gave me most of my items.

I feel you should message Billing Support and get your account checked as it may need a "tweak" to get it working properly.
Go to the Credit Card issues support page and use the 'Contact Us' button with the following navigation: Contact us -> Credit / Debit card -> Confirm -> Let us know some details

Explain the problem to Billing Support and they will help you.

About the banned account problem:
How long ago was it banned? Less than three years? More than three years?
Have you tried logging in to it recently?
Did you ever try to appeal the ban?
Try logging in and checking the 'Account Status' tab. There should be a link to a ban appeal in there. If the ban date is more than three years old, use the appeal button. If the ban date is less than three years old, wait until it hits three years before using the appeal.

Next, have you secured the account since the hijack?
Change its password right away if you haven't.
If the account gets unbanned, work through these instructions: Securing your account

If the account was hijacked, the chance of your items/gp still being on the account are slim but its game progress will still be there.
