Card payment page doesn't load

When I try to purchase a month of members, after putting in my billing address for a card payment and hitting "continue to payment", it successfully goes through the "getting your order ready" screen, but then under "complete your purchase" it just has the little loading circle going on forever, never loading to let me put in my credit card info.

This happens on multiple browsers, in a private browsing window, and on multiple computers. It seems like it must be on my end because surely they wouldn't let this kind of problem last long, but since changing computers didn't even work I have no idea what to try next.

"We're getting your order ready" is usually a connection based issue, as the message is designed to be a holding message while the order is confirmed.
However, the message can also appear when there is an issue with Jagex' internal system.

Affected players should try making the purchases in an incognito or private tab on their browser to eliminate any interference from cookies etc. Though it sounds like you have already tried that.

If the problem persists, it is recommended that you send a message to Billing Support so they can check their internal system.
To do that, start on the Credit Card issues support page and use these navigation buttons: Contact Us -> Credit / Debit Card -> Confirm -> Let us know some details
