Hello thought I would come back to RS3 for a bit, redeemed a bond for "Fresh Start World" I saw 14 days membership, can this be refunded? it literally just happened and i have not nor want to play fresh start world. Any help is appreciated.

Did you redeem the Bond for a Fresh Start World passcode?
If you did, you will be able to use the passcode for a regular membership in a non-FSW.
