I'm trying to submit a support form around payments, aside from the support area being a maze (and "Contact" us buttons not actually leading you to a webform but the information you're looking at already), when I finally find and complete the support form it infinitely loops around and does not submit.

If another couple of days goes by and you still can't submit the form, please post back with the display name of the affected account and a quick summary of what you want to message about.
Clearing cache and using a different browser doesn't help.
Account is this account The Herbz and the issue is when trying to update card info I was able to get my members to update with the grandfathered rate but was unable to get the RuneMetrics Pro subscription updated with the grandfathered rate - it is only showing the full price option.
The JMod has checked your account and has requested that you try submitting a message via the
Request a Refund
support page.

No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund
Although a refund isn't the issue, that particular contact point seems to be the most reliable one if players are having problems with other contact points.
The form will still go through to the people that need to see it.
This form is giving me the same issue, it allows me to submit it, asks me to verify I am not a robot (which I have tried to do using an accessibility cookie, which doesn't work and with getting someone to complete the captcha), gives me the below screen and eventually loops back to asking me to confirm I am not a robot:
Have attempted to complete these forms more than 10 times now.
