You'll want to sign into your
Account Management
page. From there, under the "Membership" section at the right, click "Manage your subscriptions" to be taken to the Payment Management service on the Jagex website. Once there, click "View by Account" and log in. You will then be presented with current active rebilling agreements. Click "Cancel" to stop the automatic rebilling.
Note: Cancelling will
not
remove any membership credit already on your account.
Your membership will continue until it runs out. Cancelling only stops you from being automatically billed on the rebill date.

If you are here to cancel your subscription to take advantage of a promotion, then don't worry, there is no need to cancel as we won't take another payment for your subscription until you have nearly run out of membership credit
That's my fault - I've confused the situation by assuming you'd made your subscription through Jagex, not PayPal. As your subscription was initiated through PayPal, it will have to be canceled there instead of the instructions I provided earlier. You'll want to go to the
Cancel Subscription
support article (as
Corder
linked above), then select the "Cancel your subscription via PayPal" to be taken to the PayPal FAQ regarding cancelling merchant subscriptions.
