hi, I bought a bond a week ago in GE and when claiming it, I did not notice that there was a new option for new fresh worlds . i had no idea I wasn't buying a regular membership.
Can I return the option and get a regular membership instead?
I got a a passcode but i need the regular membership please

Same problem, 7 days after I submitted ticket - still no answer

It doesn't matter now....the FSW membership passcode can be used on any account from today (Monday 26th September).
Original message details are unavailable.
From today you can use the code to get membership on any account
