I have a Premier Membership until the end of November - this is what the Benefits & Upgrades tab tells me. It is November 1 now - this morning I visited the Vault and got to plunder it no problem, therefore I do have Premier Membership. However, I am only able to View the November monthly drop - it cannot be claimed.

I have logged out and in a few times but that has made no difference.

You purchased your Premier Gold in November 2021. This entitles you to 12 'monthly drops'.

For you these are -

7 \ May 22
8 \ June 22
9 \ July 22
10 \ Aug 22
11 \ Sept 22

Although you are still a Premier member (and you have a small bit of other membership that will kick in on the anniversary of your Premier purchase), you have already had the 12 drops. You'll continue to get all the other Premier benefits right up until the last day of your PC (the anniversary of your purchase), but that won't include the November 22 drop as you have already had 12 - Nov 21 through October 22.

In order to get the November 22 drop you would have needed to have made your purchase in December 21, in that scenario you would be able to obtain the November 22 drop because your 12 drops would run December 21 through November 22.
