i renewed my gold membership the other day but since then i seem to have lost all my gold membership perks (extra key ect) i don't have any mobile membership active or anything.

Check the confirmation email you received.
Does it mention what you paid for?

Check the Premier Club Content information page.
Did you receive the items mentioned on that page?

If you did not receive any of the mentioned items, it is possible you bought the regular twelve months membership instead of Gold Premier.

The first thing is to check exactly what you purchased.

I have been a gold member for 15 years. Always paid when needed. Today I am not a gold member. Why did this happen, I would have gladly paid early if needed. Not Happy with this problem.
