Hi Jagex Community,

I have a question regarding my 1 month of membership purchase.
Two weeks ago i purchased a 1 month membership via the IDeal payment method. But when i look at the subscription status there is no active subscription found. . (I can login the game to the member areas)
Could anyone fill me in with some more information regarding this? because i just wanted to play for a month and don't wish to be charged while i cannot cancel it right now.

'No active subscription' refers to there being no recurring subscription i.e. one that will be auto-billed to renew as it ends.
Your iDeal membership must be a single purchase of one month and not a recurring subscription.

You can check this by logging into 'My Account' and looking under 'Membership' on the right hand side of the page.
If it says "membership ends xx/xx/xxxx" it means you do not have a recurring subscription and don't need to cancel.
