Premier reward token missing

Hi.
I had 3 Premier reward tokens and i used 2 of them.
But when i wanted to use the last one, it disappeared.
This happend a few days ago..
So i thought maybe it will be back later in my bank.
But till now it is still not back.
Only the placeholder is still there with 0 on it.
In Marketplace Benifits, it also say that "You've got some left-over Premier Reward tucked in your bank"
So how do i get the token back?

Yes i have a Premier Membership.

That's why i still got the message in Marketplace Benifits.

"You've got some left-over Premier Reward tucked in your bank"
But it is not in my bank.

I also wonder if it is from any use to post it on this forum?

Or a bug report?

Also are you sure you only redeemed 2 tokens? Probably the easiest explanation here is that you used the third but forgot about it. I think it's possible to "waste" a token by claiming an item you have already unlocked.

Yes. i also had in mind to delete the placeholder.

1. Yes i am 100% sure that i did not use the 3th token.
When i clicked on it, it disappeared before i could choose any option.

2. And also (see screenshot Premier tokens) is saying the message that i did not used it and that it should be in my bank.
"You've got some left-over Premier Reward tucked in your bank"

No, you think that wrong.
I think it's a bug. Or maybe a glitch.
Also because i was the one who saw it happen, no one else.
Again,
It happend after i clicked on it, before i could choose something
Click to open and gone.
If you discard something, you always get a message first.
So it's not easy to do it "accidently"

But i don't understand what you mean with "that i maybe used it." ?
Are you saying that i try to cheat and lie about it, to get a 4th token?

This is also my last reply, because this is not helping me at all.
