I just recently came back to RS and, naturally, got sucked back to full-time playing. I purchased the premier yak track because, why not? I knew I would play enough to get the most out of it.
Then, the next day (actually later that same day, game time) I realized that the way premier membership worked has changed and I can now become a premier member, even though it's the end of May. Woohoo!
One of the benefits is access to the premier yak track. I payed two bonds for this less than 24 hours ago - my question is, is there something I can do about this to get refunded or compensated in some way (skips, keys, bonds back, whatever) or am I just out of luck because I didn't realize this process had changed? Nothing on customer support seemed to tackle my question, figured I'd ask.
