Hello iv just started playing the game again for a week or two. I brought 3 bonds and members in that time to power through levelling range and slayer. How has someone managed to get access to my account.. It's slightly concerning! I have checked for linked accounts like the other post's state. What can I do?

Did the hijacker change your password and you had to 'recover' your account to get back into it?
If so, your email is insecure.

If your password is unchanged, do you have a Bank PIN and Authenticator? Are they also still active?
If everything is active and unchanged and there are no linked accounts, the next thing to strongly suspect is that you have been tricked into clicking on a dodgy link and have given permission to the hijacker to directly access your device and RS account.

Are you viewing player uploads of RuneScape on social media e.g. Twitch, Youtube etc.?
If so, do you see freebie offers, giveaways etc.?
It's ok to watch the uploads, just don't ever respond to free offers or giveaways as they are all fake.

Hey, no password was changed. I didn't have a bank pin set up. I'v recently changed my password and set up a pin but it takes 7 days. The only thing I downloaded was runelite. I'v factory reset my laptop.
