According to wiki game cards haven't been changed

But my friend just bought a $25 card today and said the options were 15 days membership and 2 bonds or 56 days of membership and he chose the 15 days and 2 bonds option. Anyone know what happened to the missing bond? Did the recent price increase reduce the bonds u get from cards by 1?

Yes, the Game Card redemption would be affected by the price increase. With the price increase , 3 bonds now cost US $23.99.

That wiki article has not been updated since 2018, so the information provided there is outdated. it shows that at that time a $25 Game Card could be used for "7 days membership and 3 Bonds". What seems to be available since the price change is 1 less bond, and an additional 8 days of membership.
