Membership not working

Last night I repurchased a membership for the wrong account and canceled it. I relogged into the correct account immediately afterword and purchased another subscription. I reloaded the screen again and the membership never showed up. It says it's active in my account settings but not in game and the account I took the membership off is still able to access membership worlds but says there is no membership active for that account?

When you buy membership for the wrong account, it can be transferred by messaging Billing Support.
The support page is: Bought membership on the wrong account

The transfer process can take up to a couple of days so, if you want membership straight away on the account, it's best to just go ahead and buy another one (on correct account) which is what you did.

Yes, that is right. You have cancelled so there is no membership subscription active but the membership you purchased will stay on the account until you transfer it or get it refunded. Both transferring and refunding need to be done by contacting Billing Support.

Make sure you are checking the same account in account settings as you are logging into the game on.
