So I bought 450 keys about 5 days ago. I check my bank account and it charged me. Which is good and normal. As I try logging in today it says I have an outstanding balance and can't login. I think to myself hmm thats weird. I go to the page to see how much it is. Turns out it is $411. Now there's an issue. I haven't bought anything for that much. I then go to pay to see what I ordered and nothing pops up. As I continue with my payment there's only one payments option which is Razor gold. No idea what that is but I hit continue. Next thing I know my $411 drops to $380. on the rs page its telling me its 411 but on this page its telling me its 380. As I normally do I took screenshots. After researching what razor gold is I figured this has to be a hacking scheme. I then reach out to the support team then randomly look at the balance again. OH what now? it dropped from $411 on the rs3 home page to $380. now thats weird. I then look at my last orders and nothing seems correct. Hoping my account doesn't get lost because im 5 skills from maxing. up vote this or whatever needs to be done to get it the attention it needs. THANKS
