hi, recently I used a bond and I had 5 days of membership remaining before use of said bond. when I relogged, I noticed I had only 14 days instead of 19 if you add both numbers together. I just want to know what's going on and if I can get the full amount ty. mods are no help.

If you want to message Billing Support to ask, use the 'Contact Us' button on the Refunds support page.
I know a refund isn't exactly your issue but that contact point is the catch-all contact point for billing issues that don't have their own dedicated contact point.

Before you do, just check the membership remaining figure again.
Log into account management and check on the right hand side of the page to find out when your membership expires.
If it isn't showing an expiry date but, instead, is showing a "rebill" date, you need to add three days to that date to find out the actual expiry.
Rebill is always done three days before the end of membership.

So still no help with this. I've been scammed by in-game players before but never by the company until now. basically, im just stuck now, being redirected around the support forums with no real answer. I really hope you guys will take these matters more seriously in the future and remodel your forums for easier navigation and support. mods are no help.
