I just paid USD $108.09 incl. tax for a 12mo Standard sub. Now the News says that the new 12mo Premier Membership is priced at USD $79.99. Maybe I'm stupid, but it looks to me like I paid a higher rate for the Standard sub (which they'll gladly let me keep paying under the Grandfather Rate), while they're giving new members lower prices and more for their dollar! I want a refund!

Yeah, the annual price decreased while the monthly price increased. I have premier club membership from before all this so i'm not entirely upset. However, I can definitely see why this would be frustrating. I think they should at least included the premier benefits for individuals who already paid an annual price considering the price was significantly hire than the new price.

I agree with you, a refund would be nice here! I would ask if they're able to refund 11 months, so that you're able to buy Premier Membership between May 4-5.
May 5 or 6 would be your deadline as membership rebills 3 days prior to expiry

You do need to message Billing Support as advised above by Corder.
Normally a membership is not refunded if it has started being used but it is certainly worth asking in the light of the significant changes to membership categories advised in the recent news.
