Hello, I had a recurring 3 month membership, then I decided to upgrade to the yearly premium for 79.99 a few months ago. I'm not sure why but I am still not a premier member. Just trying to get some insight into what occurred as I have already been charged the 79.99.

The USD $79.99 price for Premier has only been active for the past three weeks. The price a few months ago was lower.

You should message Billing Support to get your account checked and an answer to your payment issue.
To do that, go to the Refunds support page and use this navigation to get to a message form:
Contact Us > No > Jagex > Request a Refund

While a refund isn't your issue, this is the go to contact page for questions about Premier membership.
