I'm subscribed but no membs?

Hey, I figured I'd post this here while I wait since it says google play payments may take a day, but normally it's instant because I pay through mobile. Is this something new? The system took my payment and it says I'm subscribed as of 16ish hrs ago, yet it still says I have no membership. I just find it super strange when, like I said, I've used this numerous times to get p2p and it's always been instant...just log out and back in. I'm still getting full credit right and not missing a day?

Nope, it would be a complete 24 hrs about now. Just tried logging in to see.

I normally put a stop to the membership after I make a payment because I like to do it as I go instead of 'subscribe', but that shouldn't have affected anything because it's normally an instant renewal/continuation. I don't know what happened this time cause it's one of the same payment methods I normally use. I do know I flipped a new(?) pause option on and off within a short time, but you'd think that would still be irrelevant because it says I have membs regardless.

Ok, work through the points on the Common Mobile Payment Issues support page, particularly the section under "Membership / Item not added to account"

Also, try logging out of the game in your app, swiping the app closed then open it up and log back in.

If you find the membership seems to have processed and there is nothing to "pick up" from the Google Play store, you should start to investigate whether the purchase went to the wrong account.

I've tried everything above and just about to contact Google though it says no refunds(because as if it's been redeemed though it says I have no membership). I only have one other alt, which I have not been active on in some time, and I confirmed the membership was purchased on -this- account(Bmu).

This kinda sucks because neither they nor Jagex have a truly direct way of contact, so idk when I'll even be able to let someone know what's up to fix this... so it feels like I'm essentially cheated out of membership days right now on something you think would've corrected itself. Yeah, it's relatively minor in relation to things going on, but hey $ is $. Idk what I can do now but wait to see if I hear from -anyone-. I got email receipts and confirmation on when I started the renewal, so...

I think you should start by using the tools on the Forgotten login support page to see if you have any other logins you don't know about or have forgotten.

With the mobile app, it is quite possible that a player can accidentally create another account without realising and not find out about it until something weird happens.

I recommend checking what accounts you have first.
Then, log into those accounts and check to see if there is a membership sitting on one.

Finally use the Bought membership on the wrong account support page to message Billing Support to get assistance.
Even if you haven't found the membership on another account, use the 'Transfer Membership' button on that page to navigate to a message form and ask for help.

I might've glossed over it at first not sure if that's what I should do, but I went ahead and submitted that to at least catch their attention since I think all I've can otherwise.

Just waiting game now on any front, so thanks for sticking with me here with suggestions.


ETA: So it turns out it is actually on Google's side based on the jmod's reply I got. It's all weird still since it's normally an instant and smooth process, but looks like I'ma have to hit them up. Thanks again for bearin' with me.
