So I just returned back to RS(3), and decided to pay for the 1 year Premium Club subscription (cause I now got the money for), however after I purchased, the payment went through and now I can't seem to do any of the VIP things

And not sure where to go to even get support on knowing if I got the benefits or not, my payment had gone through

If you purchased the Premier Club membership, rather than a normal 12 month membership, you should be able to claim your rewards through the Upgrades & Extras icon on the game ribbon: Upgrades & Extras > Marketplace > Benefits > Premier Items


@ mr togue - Premier Club is totally separate from the Prime Gaming/Twitch rewards.

If you are referring to Premier Club, the support articles are here: Premier Club
Read through those articles to find out how to access the Premier Club content.
If you find you cannot access the extra content of Premier Club, it means you probably bought a regular membership by mistake. If that has happened the 'Premier Club Refunds, Transfers and Everything in between!' article will tell you what to do to get it sorted.

Linking your account to Prime is a totally different thing, not related to Premier Club.

I had done the option for the "Upgrade & Extra" path in game, and it's not letting me claim, but rather takes me to the page to actually purchase the subscription service @Tren, but will keep looking

I had bought the Premier Club of the subscription cause I got the email telling me I bought the specific 1 year version of the game itself, rather than the regular 12 months @Malua
