really confusing forum room and the support page don't even offer the support you need for what i can see but im having a problem with the yak tack event going on now

when i 1st clicked onto the event it showed for two bonds you can pay for the premier thing soo i go head. and buy 3 bonds i use two for the premier pass and one for member ship but now three days have passed and I'm still receiving no premier pass item stuff and only receiving the falling stars and lamps no items is this right as i fell like ive be robed if so

Did you redeem for the Premier Pass or maybe just for Yak Track Task Skip tokens?
Two Bonds gets you ten task skip tokens.

You probably need to get Billing Support to check your account.
To get to a message form, start on the Find my Bonds support page and use this navigation: Contact Us -> Still Stuck -> Still Stuck -> Still Stuck -> Contact Us

]soo i logged onto my other account to make sure that it was saying premier pass and it defiantly dose say 2 bounds = premier pass and this is what i payed for on my main account


i took a screenshot of this as well

If that screenshot is taken on your other account, it shows you don't have any Bonds on the account at the moment.

Have you checked the currency pouch on your posting account (ITS R0SS) in case you were logged in to the wrong account at the time you bought the Bonds?

You really do need to message Billing Support as they can check your account/s.
You probably won't receive an answer until Monday now.
Answers are usually left in the 'Messages' tab on the account.

i have messaged them all ready but seem to not even respond back to me yet and yes i no i don't have any bonds on that account as this is my alt account . Also has dose not have membership as i did not buy the pass or membership on that account also i was logged on to the correct account due to using the 3rd bond to buy 14days membership the screenshot is to confirm that its dose indeed say premier pass for 2 bonds and i wasn't seeing things when i did make the purchase
