Hi,
My bank recently decided to change debit card provider and I had forgotten to update my Runescape membership info.
Over the weekend, so 3 or 4 days ago, i got an email from Jagex to say that my payment had been unsuccessful and I was no longer a member.
Anyhoo, I have now updated everything and payments are back in order at the price I was paying before the card change but will I have lost my continual membership status as regards getting crowns of loyalty, etc?
I would be very grateful if someone could let me know, whether my account is likely to have lost continuity.
