trying to claim my premier club rewards for months now. The game tells me i am unable to claim it because i have no premier club, but i do have premier club. looking in the help contact center is like a maze with no option to send in a form or an email. i would love some help from jagex. But seeing that maze of buttons and bad bad explainations on their help center. it only goes click here and then here over and over without the option for contact. This in my opinion is a very bad thing not having a normal service where players actually can fill in a form so u guys can help. Instead of having halfly given advice and pressing the maybe here button with again halfly given advice. please either help out or get your contact center a bit more modern. and atleast let people get into contact.

Are you trying to claim rewards from the 2021 or the 2022 Premier Club?

If its from the 2022 2022 Premier Club, as explained in the Premier Club Content article , you have to claim them via the Benefits tab.

From in-game click on the Upgrades & Extras icon on the game ribbon > Benefits & Upgrades > Benefits > Premier Items

If that still tells you that you do not have Premier Club, It is possible that you bought the standard 12 month membership instead of the Premier Club membership? If you bought the regular membership package, you can contact Jagex to switch to Premier Club. The instructions are in the "transfers" section of the Premier Club Refunds, Transfers and Everything in between! article in the Support Centre

it says that i have it. but as soon as i click the rewards it says i dont have it and i can not claim it. i bought this year premier club in 2021. cause i have the premier artefact and everything. but some stuff just does not work for me since i bought it. i didnt bother at the beginning but i did pay for it so thats why i was looking to get some contact. the amazone prime benefits actually do work but the rest does not.

the thing is i have been looking on "support" now for like 2 or 3 hours. and there is no option to contact support for this matter apparently. realy realy bad not having just a option to normally contact if your question is not showing any answer on the forum or support tab.

i find myself having an issue with this less concerning toward you not having a option for just a form/chat/email to contact for certain questions.

this is one of the many many flaws runescape/jagex has nowadays.

from my perspective i just want someone to help me with this matter so please contact me troughout the ingame message center or give me an email adress.

""support"" on jagex is try find it yourself with no help at all. 0 out of 5 stars so far.

All the rewards due with 2021 Premier Club would have been received by now. The final 2021 Premier Club reward was given last October.

If you bought Premier Club during the Summer Sale then I am not sure how you would have received any monthly rewards earlier than the August reward unless you received them in a big group at the time you purchased.
You would have received the August, September and October rewards at first login during those months.

Owning 2021 Premier Club does not entitle you to receive the 2022 Premier Club monthly rewards and it seems from the error messages you are seeing in-game that you do not have 2022 Premier Club.

If you want to message Billing Support and question what membership you have and whether or not you have received everything you should have, start on the Refunds support page and use this navigation: Contact Us -> No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund
I know refunds isn't your issue but all contacts about Premier Club are being directed through the Refunds contact point.
