so the other day I went to receive my 5 knowledge bombs, and it says, "successfully redeemed"
now, I normally always get it right when I accept it, log out and then log back in. My prime membership is still active and its currently linked to my Runescape account. I have been able to grab every months rewards no problem but this time, I collected and I've received nothing, but it says it was claimed. Can I please get some help? I was really conting on those 5 knowledge bombs to help me finish my 5.6! please help Jagex!

Do you have space in your inventory?
If you don't have space, they are added once space is available.
If you definitely have space and definitely don't have the knowledge bombs, head to the
Prime Gaming FAQ - Linking Accounts
support page and work through the instructions under
"How do I find a missing Prime Gaming reward?"
If the instructions don't help, there is a 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the page you can use to message Jagex Billing Support.
