Hello! I bought membership of one month on my runescape account today via debit card. However not only have I not received it at all, I have also not received any confirmation e-mail whatsoever, but the money was succesfully deducted from my bank account. I am also certain that it went to the right account, because as far as I know, I had to login to my account, before I made the purchase. Which I did. I do not have any other accounts that it could have gone to. I've tried looking into customer support, but I can't find where I'm supposed to go or what I should do. Is it normal to not receive any confirmation? My account had been inactive for a while until now if that means anything. I really want to play this event, so I appreciate any help. Thanks!
