Been trying to resubscribe from India after my 3 month membership was about to run out. I've been trying since 11th March and it's been unsuccessful. Tried with my debit card (which paid for the earlier membership), but failed. Since then, I've tried with 2 other debit cards and 4 other credit cards and all of them have failed (simply said payment rejected). The last two were from my friend's cards from his local Canadian bank and his AMEX card. I suspect my debit card failed because of new regulations introduced in the country, but I don't know why the others failed. Please do help me out here!
I'm aware of the option to submit a ticket, but since I've tried repeatedly from multiple cards, wasn't sure which one to include. So, decided to post here and hopefully get some clarity.
