I can't get the right answer from the endless circle of the erroneously named "Billing Support".

I have an updated credit card and all I need to do is enter my new expiration date and 3-digit security code to my account.

The "Billing Support" says I have to choose a new, a brand new subscription.

This will cause me to lose my loyalty subscription and force me to pay 149% more than I'm paying now.

I know that most of the answers on the forums is "community" driven, but I need someone that I can trust (like a mod) to give me the correct answers and help me keep my membership.

Hey there,

You probably found the Update your payment card support article, which does confirm that you will need to set up a new subscription with your new card details.

Please note, you have a 14 day grace period before you lose your grandfathered rate. If you're planning to do the change immediately, this should be no problem.

Please let Jagex know that I am saying some very unkind things about them that end with the phrase "...and the horse you rode in on!" And I will continue to let people know what has happened to their "LOYALTY".

You should not lose any loyalty perks (grandfathered rates or loyalty point accumulation) in the process, provided you establish the new rebilling agreement within 14 days of the cancelation of the existing one.

THANK YOU MALUA!!

You've been most helpful. You're right!!! My normal membership was listed further down the screen but only AFTER I committed to pressing the link to change/update/choose a new membership.

I sincerely appreciate your help.

I also sincerely apologize to Jagex for certain phrases uttered in the heat of the moment.

Thank you, Malua, for your help.
