Morning all, I've left this for 4 days now. I paid for my monthly subscription using mobile on Sunday, it's now Wednesday morning. Everything tells me I'm a member but I can only access non members worlds. How much longer does it take for a payment to clear? I've missed daily keys which I assume just get added on?

Customer support hasn't been very helpful.

Was this just an automated renewal or did you manually make a payment on Sunday?

If you manually made a payment, check for a confirmation email.
If you have one, read it carefully to check what account was paid for.
Do you have other accounts?

Processing of payments via mobile should only take up to 24 hours.
If you paid via Google, have you visited the in-game store to pickup the purchase?
Work through the points on the Mobile payment issues support page.
