I have tried to contact Jagex about a payment but i have been stuck on the Payment Date Section. NO MATTER which way i write the payment date it says {please review the information in this field}. Unfortunately it did not work. Clearing my browser cache was simple enough. Flush DNS cache now that seems something that is too confusing for amateurs I'm sorry but please understand why this is frustrating. This is a relatively new machine (less than 4 month old) so there shouldn't be too much history in it anyways. And this isn't even my problem that i want fixed. Its a supposed to be a way to fix my problem. but now I'm trying to fix the way to fix my problem. Frustrating is the only natural reaction! Anyways i also tried to flush DNS cache but i have no idea if it worked or i just messed up my laptop. But i realise you are helping thank you. Ok, thanks for trying those fixes.

Without revealing too much personal information, would you mind telling me what the payment problem is.

Answering these questions will help:
Is your account playable or is the payment problem preventing you from logging in to the game?
If you are able to log into the game, what are you trying to buy?
Have you been trying to pay through the website or through a mobile app?
What support page were you on?

I might be able to diagnose the problem or I may have to flag this issue for a JMod.

I just want to say that the mobile app payment system and the website based payment system are not compatible with each other. Players can experience difficulties when trying to move from one payment system across to the other.
Players can also experience difficulties when using a debit card or pre-paid credit card from outside the UK, meaning an international transaction.

- My account is playable on f2p worlds, it is not hindering my ability to log in.

If you are able to log into the game, what are you trying to buy?
- I'm not attempting to purchase anything, rather transfer membership.

Have you been trying to pay through the website or through a mobile app?
- I haven't utilized mobile, everything I've done is through the website.

What support page were you on?
- I was the on the Billing Support > Transfer Membership page, attempting to provide more information on my purchase in my attempt to transfer my membership from an account I no longer utilize, which is this one.

Uff, it's a year later and I can't report payment issues because of the "review date" technicality. I'm a ten year veteran who has just started spending money on the game. Anyone know how I can contact the company I payed for a product I didn't receive? Unfortunately it sounds bad when I have to put it like that... :\
