Payment Method Not Loading

I'm trying to buy a month of game time for this account. I logged on to the payment website, chose my membership package, clicked Confirm Purchase, and am now on the Select Your Payment Method page. The Card Payment option will not load, instead showing a spinning loading icon indefinitely no matter how long I wait. Same with the PayPal option (though with a slightly different loading icon). zGold-MOLPoints and PaySafeCard both properly load the Pay Now button, but I lack those options.

Is there something wrong with the payment website?

Well after an hour, it finally loaded. Not sure if it was a hiccup with the website or something on my end, but the issue has resolved itself!
