Malua already summarised it nicely, though I just wanted to add that in some instances, purchases like this might have a stipulation saying you need to maintain the subscription for x amount of days (typically to pass some introductory offer or trial) before rewards are paid. I, too, do not have access to this particular offer and so I cannot confirm anything for you. However, if you have actually signed up and paid for a subscription with the expectation of receiving RuneCoins, you should definitely reach out via the above page.
