I bought the 200 key pack while playing on mobile app it took the money from my card but I never received the key. Not even sure if this is the area to report this , I have bought keys in the same manner using the mobile app and have had no problems.

It can take up to 24 hours for purchases made through a mobile app to be delivered to your account.
Also, sometimes a purchase needs to be "picked up" from the in-game store.

Please work through the points on the Common Mobile Payment Issues support page under the "Membership / Item not added to account" heading.

The links on that page take you to either Google Play help or Apple help as you are supposed to start there first.
