Can't log in - billing problem

Hi,

Yesterday I bought a OSRS bond. When I tried to log in today, I saw that I couldn't due to something being unpaid. Somehow the money didn't get written off of my Paypal account. How, I do not know. Anyhow, I want to correct this. Though when I tried to make the payment, the only options are MOLpoints, AliPay and Paysafecard. Though I do not have access to these forms of payment in the location where I am currently. How come I can't use Paypal again? Or at least like iDeal or credit card?

I can't make the payment this way. How can I get access to another form of payment? This is weird because these are very unusual forms of payment. I always used to be able to pay with either Paypal or iDeal.

I noticed now that the forms of payment are different because I am in Brazil. I am there currently on vacation. All the payment methods aren't accepted because I want to pay in euro and I don't have the local currency.

I LITERALLY got loaned a DHC from a friend to do Vorkath for a few hours. I HAVE TO log in to give it back. He needs it for slayer tasks. I really hope I can get aid very soon or I have to spend 70 USD of real money to buy it back for him!!!

I believe these payment method restrictions are in place due to some laws or currency conversion issues in Brazil.

In order to resolve the outstanding balance, head over to this page: Settle an unpaid balance
