Hi guys, in 30 December I bought the premier club because was missing just 1 shard for getting the gold party hat.
But I don't get the premier club membership. I had membership bought and I already have canceled that.

Yes, I receive a Email saying I bought the premier membership for the shard, I have the payment made in my account on bank and still don't get nothing.
Help me because the shard will not be available tomorrow
Do u have some email for I can show u the email from jagex to confirm my premier membership.
I always bought member in this way and always work pretty well and fast.
The shard will be found in your inventory at first login after buying Premier Club.
If your inventory was full at the time, check your bank.
Also try talking to the Old Man outside the GE to reclaim it.
If the shard was in your bank, maybe you already counted it and needed to earn another through one of the other methods.
I already have 7 shards, and I'm mission one, that's why I bought the premier membership to make 8 shards.
What can I do for see that will be available or not because the money is already out
If you definitely have all the Premier Club rewards except the shard and you definitely have an email confirming that you bought Premier Club, your next step is to message Jagex Billing Support and get them to check your account.
To do that, go to the
Refunds
support page and use the 'Contact Us' button to navigate to a message form.
Navigation:
Contact Us -> No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund
I know that a refund isn't the issue but all contacts related to Premier Club should be sent via that contact point.
