I don't know if this is the most appropriate place to post this, I'm sorry forum mods.
So, as the title suggests, I have not received Premier Club rewards for the month of November. I have found the notes that state that they must be claimed through the Benefits tab of the Marketplace, however when I try to claim them, I am told that I must purchase a Premier Club Membership package... My membership expires in December, so would I not be eligible for the November 2021 reward?
My partner who bought Pemier membership mid 2021 is also allegedly not eligible for this reward; they tried to claim also through the Benefits tab and were also told they must purchase Premier membership, despite having more than 6 months remaining.
I have seen there are some issues with the 2021-22 Premier rewards such as bank spaces not being accessible, howeve not specifically the monthly drop rewards.
Do we, in fact, need to double up on Premier membership to get the rewards? I can't seem to find anything specifying what's going on with November rewards. Have I missed something?
