No Monthly Premier Rewards Thread is locked

I don't know if this is the most appropriate place to post this, I'm sorry forum mods.

So, as the title suggests, I have not received Premier Club rewards for the month of November. I have found the notes that state that they must be claimed through the Benefits tab of the Marketplace, however when I try to claim them, I am told that I must purchase a Premier Club Membership package... My membership expires in December, so would I not be eligible for the November 2021 reward?
My partner who bought Pemier membership mid 2021 is also allegedly not eligible for this reward; they tried to claim also through the Benefits tab and were also told they must purchase Premier membership, despite having more than 6 months remaining.

I have seen there are some issues with the 2021-22 Premier rewards such as bank spaces not being accessible, howeve not specifically the monthly drop rewards.

Do we, in fact, need to double up on Premier membership to get the rewards? I can't seem to find anything specifying what's going on with November rewards. Have I missed something?

Your 2021 Premier Club rewards will be delivered to your account in the regular way.

If you buy 2022 Premier Club, the rewards have to be collected through the Benefits tab.

Being told you must purchase the Premier Club Membership package indicates you don't have 2022 Premier Club and don't need to use the Benefits tab.

Yes, that makes sense - that's how it's supposed to be, but my point is they haven't been delivered in the regular way. We haven't received the rewards at all.

Now, I understand if I got November 2020 rewards when I purchased the 2020-2021 package in December, then that makes sense; I essentially still get the years benefits, and I need to get a new membership to get the November 2021 rewards. I haven't found anything to indicate that this is the case though, thus this query.

However, it doesn't explain why my partner, who got the premier package in the middle of 2021, is being told to buy another premier package in order to get the monthly reward. They too have not received any monthly rewards either.

Had the same thought, bought 2021 package at the end of Jan of 2021, figured I had 3 more months of monthly rewards coming to me, Sent a ticket in.

Here was part of the reply;

Dec 2 2021
"There isn't a November 2021 reward as part of last year's Premier Club, but if you were to purchase the Premier Club package that is currently on sale, you will then be able to claim all the new rewards from November onwards."

Here is the rewards that were given for 2021;

Month Rewards
November 2020
December 2020 Yak Track task skip and large mystery box
January 2021 Variety pack and 2 pulse cores
February 2021 Umbral chest
March 2021 Deathtouched dart
April 2021 Variety pack and small knowledge bomb
May 2021
June 2021 Big event mystery box
July 2021 Variety pack and small knowledge bomb
August 2021 Huge prismatic lamp and umbral chest
September 2021 Big event mystery box
October 2021 Variety pack and small knowledge bomb

I don't recall if in January 2021 I got both Dec & Jan rewards, I probably did

So it seems ALL of the Premier Club benefits will last 12 months from date of purchase,

12 Nov 2021 Newsletter;

"If you're already a Premier Club Member, the duration of any existing Membership will simply be extended by another year. So, for example, if you currently have six months of Premier Club remaining on your account, buying Premier Club 2022 will mean you have a whopping 18 months of full benefits to look forward to!"

But the ALL the monthly rewards are Given in a limited timeframe (Nov thru Oct) & this year you need to go to the Benefits tab and claim any current & missed monthly rewards :) They will no longer be given upon first login of the month.

I had purchased premier club in September of 2021 and am also encountering this issue and would like some assistance. I have tried to put in a support ticket and it will not let me. I have reported it as a bug on the 15th and have yet to receive anything back, not even a confirmation that I reported it.

For future reference, in the Community Led Support Forums, it is much easier to give everyone the help they are looking for if each user creates their own thread about their issue.

Every user's situation is somewhat unique, and it can get confusing as to which post is to which user, when more than one player is trying to get help on the same thread. Advice given to the original player may not apply in each case. Also, when tacking your situation on to another player's thread, those helping may recognize the thread as one where the issue had already been solved, and may not notice that a different situation has been added to that thread.

iam with the same issue, did you got any support or answer?

i bought the premier club on September 16.
