iv been in prison for 2 years, im trying to arrange a refund but everytime I click submit the page says "Error: Sorry, a problem occurred while submitting your request, please try again later. If the issue persists, please try refreshing the page (All field data will be lost)." iv been trying to reload the page for 2 days and still the same please help.

Is the error occurring when you try using a different browser? Give a couple different ones a go - Chrome, Firefox, etc.
