Crash while paying.

While playing on the mobile version, has anyone experienced the game crashing while the payment is saying successful & then not receiving the items purchased. This has now happened to me twice, once with runecoins & once with keys. I am and always will be, a noob.

Did you ever end up getting your purchase or was the money refunded?
If you used Google Play and then didn't "pick up" your purchase, the money would have been refunded.

I know you asked if anyone has experienced the game crashing while paying but you might not get any responses in here about your question. I have to admit no-one has posted about this problem before.
