I bought 9 Bonds and in my bonds pouch only appeared 1. I tried to contact customer support, but you got some circlejerk with no ability to contact customer support? I paid €51 and I've received 1 BOND? Where are the rest 8? I checked both OSRS and RS3 accounts, they are nowhere.

Did you buy directly through the website or through Google Play?

If you bought through Google Play, it can take up to 24 hours for the Bonds to arrive on your account.

If you bought directly through the website, check your email for confirmation of purchase emails as successful purchases are always confirmed.
Do you have emails for all the purchases?

If you don't have confirmation emails it means the other purchases did not proceed and your money will be returned.
If you do have confirmation emails, check to see what display name the email is addressed to as the Bonds will be on that account.
